TERMS OF SALE

Contract Creation & Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. You place the order by pressing the “place order” button at the end of the checkout process.

You can shop with an account or as a guest.

Secure payment is taken via the secure Stripe payment system, which will occur towards the end of the checkout process as you confirm the details of your order. We accept credit card and debit card payment, Visa and MasterCard. We currently only deal with UK sales.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract, when we send you an invoice to the email address that you have provided.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being out of stock.
  • A pricing or product description error.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • Your failure to meet the “eligibility-to-order” criteria set out in our main Terms and Conditions.

The above list is not exhaustive.
