TERMS OF SALE
Contract Creation & Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. You place the order by pressing the “place order” button at the end of the check-out process.
You can shop with an account or as a guest.
Secure payment is taken via the Sage Pay website, which you will be automatically transferred to once you have confirmed your order. We accept credit card and debit card payment, Visa and MasterCard. We currently only deal with UK sales.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract, when we send you an invoice to the email address that you have provided.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock
- A pricing or product description error
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- Your failure to meet the “eligibility-to-order” criteria set out in our main Terms and Conditions.
The above list is not exhaustive.
Shipping & Handling
We strive to despatch orders within two working days of receipt. Standard delivery is FREE to UK Mainland – this does not include Islands or Northern Ireland. Please call our offices on 01327 811758 for a quote to these areas.
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. If your order has failed to arrive after this time, please contact us so that we may investigate. Any time or date for delivery is given by us in good faith, but is an estimate only. No liability will be accepted for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery or non-delivery.
All delivery instructions are passed on to the courier. It is ultimately at the courier’s discretion how best to follow these instructions.
Where a request has been made to leave a consignment without a signature, we accept no liability for subsequent loss or damage. Once the consignment has been delivered or left in a secure location, if requested by the consignee, the package becomes the consignee’s responsibility.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our Complete Dog Foods are VAT Free, and are sold on condition that they are fed to Working dogs in accordance with H.M.R.C Reference 701/15 (March 2002) item 6.4.
Damages & Returns Policy
Any damages and shortages must be reported to Peter Masters Limited within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
We shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
